“This year 2021, the NEET cutoffs are expected to go down a little as the question paper was tough. Students from the general category, a score between 530-540 can help them to get admission in tier- Ⅱ colleges, but for making it to the government medical colleges, the score of 580 or more can only be of any help,“ said Somesh Khandelwal, Co-Founder, Mentor Education & Career.
We can expect the NEET cut-off to be slightly lower this year than last year.Mr. Somesh Khandelwal
The cut-off marks will be announced separately for all the categories, the percentile you need to get to pass this exam is as follows:
|Category||percentile – cut off|
The preliminary answer key has been released earlier by the NTA, so the candidates could raise objections if any.
